The "High Impact" seminar is 6 hours and can be held on a Saturday, or split into one evening and a half day or two evenings. Pastors, staff, lay leaders, SS teachers, and small group leaders and members will be given the basic teaching to begin a discipleship lifestyle that will redirect their personal beliefs as well as the direction of their ministries.
