Paul has served as the Director of GOMSC since 1999.  "I Wanna Get Washed" is his personal testimony about revival and renewal on his own spiritual journey as a follower of Jesus Christ.  He's served in various ministry roles with The Church of the Nazarene and The Evangelical Free Church, Twin City Bible Church in Urbana, IL, and Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena, CA.

"Raising up spiritually maturing, reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ," has been his passion for the past 35 years, and he has started several hundred small groups, while mentoring and discipling dozens of pastors and disciple-making leaders.  Paul is a seasoned backpacker, having hiked the 220 mile John Muir Trail in 30 days in 2005, with ten Gathering partners.
